Co-building Hydizo Global Solutions alongside Founder & Director Ramandeep Singh Sethi, we started from zero shortcuts, zero corporate safety nets, and no room for excuses.
Together, we turned what began as high-conviction bootstrapped execution into a global engineering firm with 60+ engineers and operators delivering mission-critical platforms across India, the UK, and the UAE.
My role was never just high-level management — it was building the engine room, grooming second-line leaders, and crafting systems that endure.
From coordinating complex cross-border compliance to building high-velocity delivery pipelines, our mission has always been clear: transform visionary ideas into dependable, institutional technology powerhouses.
